Yusuke Hashimoto was selected as the singer of the best song of this year's "Song Contest" jointly organized by the Japan Composers Association and the Japan Poets Society, and two songs were newly recorded and released: "When a Man Thinks of His Mother," a folk song that deeply describes his feelings for his late mother, and "Wolf, Run," a ballad that depicts the life of a man over a lonely wolf. The coupling track is Yusuke Hashimoto's popular song "Showa NAWA REN".
