Kanade Okada moved to France when she was just 15 years old. After graduating from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris with top honors, she was a finalist in the Queen Elisabeth International Competition and won first prize in the Poulenc International Piano Competition. The theme of his second work, four years after his debut, is "Variations. Rameau's expression is enchanting and full of life. Rachmaninov's decisive feelings are hidden in each note. Schumann's varied and vivid power intersperses the "Addendum," which is played as beautifully as a drop of water.
