New Work: “Balthazar’s Garden”
Composer Yoko Suzuki’s new work, “Balthazar’s Garden,” will be released on July 19.
This collection features works for an ensemble of flute, bassoon, and cello.
The flute is performed by Dogen Kinowaki, the bassoon by Hidetaka Nakagawa, and the cello by Takuya Matsumoto.
The album features solo pieces for each instrument, duets combining two instruments, and a trio piece titled “Balthazar’s Garden” that brings all three instruments together.
This recording features the live performance from the concert premiere held on November 11, 2025, as part of the Yoko Suzuki Works Exhibition Vol. 17.
