Rooted in the DIY spirit that runs through The Black Keys, this album was recorded live in the same room with all musicians playing together, much like their early albums. Everything was done without rehearsal, in one or two takes, with minimal overdubs. Following collaborations with Beck, Noel Gallagher, and Dan the Automator on 2024's 'OHIO PLAYERS', and with Rick Nowels, Daniel Tashian, and Scott Storch on 2025's 'NO RAIN, NO FLOWERS'— After this period of collaboration with external songwriters and producers, 'PEACHES!' brought Dan and Patrick back to the spirit of their old basement in their hometown of Akron, Ohio.Patrick mixed the album at his own studio starting with 2006's MAGIC POTION, then returned to EASY EYE SOUND to finish it with Dan.
