Mario Lanza (1921-1959), a leading singer and film actor in the United States during the 1940s and 1950s, is now available in a collection of his famous songs (including the first release and first CD release). Lanza's appearances in various films, especially in "Caruso, King of Opera," a biographical film about the life of the famous singer Enrico Caruso, were decisive for Lanza's popularity, and he was a unique singer who rarely appeared in operas at the opera house. Although she passed away at the young age of 38, her powerful and beautiful voice will forever be remembered in the many studio recordings she made for RCA. Sony Music
