In 1987, Billy realized his longtime dream of performing in the Soviet Union (which Michael had not even accomplished on his BAD tour).This legendary LIVE, which played the role of goodwill ambassador between the U.S. and Russia at a time when the liberal bloc was beginning to open up to music in the region in line with the perestroika promoted under President Gorbachev, and drew 150,000 people to a total of six shows, is now available uncut and remastered in the latest version! It is also a rare record of the baptism of perfect rock and roll in the communist bloc, and Billy, who was still in his 30s at the time, is wonderfully dynamic.The tour has been previously released on CD under the title "Konzel" (16 songs in total), and now 12 additional songs are included for the first time. All the songs have been remastered, including a rare Beatles cover of "She Loves You," which was performed during rehearsals! The concert footage has also been remastered and now includes seven songs for the first time on the previously released VHS recordings.The DELUXE edition will include the historically significant documentary "Matter of Trust.
