They are expressed with a sense of mystery and exploration unique to Animal Collective, a style that is consistent with their previous works. There are rich harmonies that make you want to skydive and feel suspended, textures that are mysterious and want to be deciphered, and complex rhythms that make you want to unravel their origins.
