Shai Wossner (Wossner), an elite pianist born in Israel in 1976, won the fourth prize at the Queen Elisabeth International Competition in 1999 and was awarded the prestigious Avery Fischer Career Grant in 2005. In 2008, she participated in a Barenboim master class broadcast on NHK-BS, which brought her to the forefront of the international music scene. She has recorded several Schubert albums, including Schubert's Piano Sonatas (ONYX 4073) and works by Schubert and Mazzoli (ONYX 4136), and has been acclaimed as a wonderful "Schubertian" by Gramophone and BBC Music Magazine. Shai Wosnell, who has established his reputation as one of the world's great Schubert players, plays a collection of Schubert's late piano sonatas. Tokyo M-Plus
