The 2024 album by Ian Matthews, a British singer and songwriter who has left behind masterpieces in a variety of activities, including Fairport Convention, Matthews Southern Comfort, Plainsong, and as a solo artist. This album, which Ian says "may be my last," was produced with great attention to detail with his longtime partner BJ Bartmans, and features two guitarists and vocalists, as well as drummer Sjoerd van Bommel and keyboard wizard Mike Roelofs, both of whom are absolutely trusted by Ian. The band's demo was amazing and mind-blowing. Bartmans praised the demo as brilliant and heartfelt, and this is the culmination of his many masterful performances as one of the great songwriters of British folk-rock and Americana.
