A graduate with honors from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and the Amsterdam Conservatory of Music, Femke has performed with major orchestras such as the Hague Residentie, the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, and the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, and she also maintains a unique blog about beauty and classical music, and is an online columnist. The versatile Femke Steketee has selected some of her most beloved works for saxophone and piano, including important works by Boza, Ducluc, Maurice, and arrangements by Poulenc and Debussy.Les secrets de l'air" is a new work by Celia Svart (b.1994), a young female Dutch composer (and saxophonist, visual artist), whose work is also included on the aforementioned "Music on the Water" album, for this album with Femke. new work.
