Slim Dunlap, the guitarist from Minneapolis, Minnesota, who supported The Replacements during their final days. He joined in 1987 as the replacement for legendary guitarist Bob Stinson, showcasing his skills on the acclaimed albums Don't Tell a Soul and All Shook Down, earning him a reputation as one of the most trusted musicians in the scene. After THE REPLACEMENTS disbanded, he joined THE GEORGIA SATELLITES and pursued solo work. He is also a singular singer-songwriter, praised by BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN as possessing "the deepest, truest rock 'n' roll soul." This 2026 LP edition compiles rare recordings meticulously selected from bonus tracks featured on the simultaneously released double-CD reissue of the same name, EVERY LITTLE WORD. MYSTERY ROOM MASTERING engineer JUSTIN PERKINS extracted and scrutinized over 80 minutes of previously unreleased material from vast archives, crystallizing it into this album for fans.Outtakes, demos, and live recordings left behind during the creation of 1993's THE OLD NEW ME and 1996's TIMES LIKE THIS are revived with a vivid breath of life. Ten tracks featuring raw, unadorned vocals, including the heart-stirring acoustic resonance of "BEFORE SHE'S GONE (OUTTAKE #1)" and the intimate atmosphere shared with close collaborators on "CALLING YOU OUT (OUTTAKE, ROUGH MIX)".
