He has performed with Pau Riba, Jordi Sabates, and Joan Garrobe, and contributed to the early works of the Spanish symphonic band AMAROK, including *ELSNOSTRESPETITSAMICS* and *CANCIONESDELOSMUNDOSPERDIDOS*, among other projects, and has been active as a studio and session musician, and female keyboardist Isabel Muniente (key), formed in 1986. Although their debut album was recorded in 1990, the year of the band’s debut, it remained unreleased at the time, was finally released on CD for the first time in 1999 by the Mexican label Luna Negra. Now, their second album, *FANTASIAS Y DANZAS*, is being reissued in 2026 by the Spanish progressive rock label 5Lunas Producciones, featuring a new remaster and redesigned cover! In terms of content, the album follows directly in the footsteps of their debut, featuring powerful instrumental symphonic rock that makes full use of the duo’s flexible playing style, centered on aggressive keyboard performances that pay homage to ELP and Keith Emerson, whom the members deeply admire. By increasing the prominence of synthesizers compared to their previous work, they’ve created an imaginative soundscape, and the album’s broad range of expression enhances its overall narrative quality. The slightly unpolished synth and electric piano sounds—typical of self-produced works—add their own unique charm. Just like their previous album, this is a must-listen for fans of niche symphonic rock!
