Tank Girl was a gaudy bomb at the box office, but the soundtrack is much better than the film. Compiled by Courtney Love -- Hole's adequate "Drown Soda" is included on the album -- the soundtrack contains first-rate selections by Bjork ("Army of Me") and Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots' side-project, the Magnificent Bastards ("Mockingbird Girl").
