The complete edition of the "Paganini Exercises" (8.573458), released by Naxos Standard in 2016, was highly acclaimed by the young prodigy Goran Filipetz for its superb performance, bursting with superb virtuosity. The version of "La Campanella" that is usually heard was revised in 1851 and is also quite difficult, but the 1838 version of the "Superlative" is so difficult to play that it is one of the most difficult of all Liszt's works. In this album, the young Valecek from Poland, who also specializes in Liszt, takes up the challenge of playing these difficult pieces. This is a must-listen album. ＜Wojciech Valecek was born in 1980. He won the second prize at the "Artur Rubinstein Memorial International Competition" held in 1996 in Brzezinski, and since then he has been active in Poland, other European countries, and the United States.
