Brooklyn, NY-based indie/experimental four-piece ACTIVITY, acquires a Radiohead-level band ensemble on their second album, "SPIRIT IN THE ROOM"! The band features JEFF BERNER, a late member of experimental legend PSYCHIC TV; engineer HEBA KADRY, who has worked with Bjork, Big Thief, and most recently MANDY and INDIANA; photographer EBRU, who has cut out Thom Yorke and Mitsuki for artwork, and photographer YIDIZ, who has worked with the likes of Thom Yorke and Mitsuki, as well as other top indie rock acts. The band ensemble, which has been touring and rehearsing for many years, is bursting with energy."CAREFUL LET'S SLEEPWALK" (the music video is too avant-garde), the band sounds like "IN RAINBOWS" - "THE KING OF LIMS" period Radiohead, with a sense of disquiet and precision, mixed with anxiety from the sad events that hit each member personally, around the time they finish the sound at a high level.
