She has collaborated with cutting-edge choreographers, visual artists, filmmakers, and musicians from around the world, and was Composer-in-Residence of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra under Riccardo Muti from 2010-2015, followed by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre National de Ile-de-France, and the Berklee Symphony Orchestra, and has been Associate Composer of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra since 2020. His "Dance" for cello and orchestra was recorded for the first time in the world by Inbal Segev and was named "Editor's Choice" by Gramophone magazine. Anna Klein's "Mythologies" (Mythologies) was written over the period 2005-2015 and recorded live at the Barbican Hall and Royal Albert Hall, broadcast on BBC Radio 3.Four distinguished conductors - Marin Allsopp, Sakari Oramo, Andrew Litton, and Andre de Ridder - each wielding a BBC Symphony Orchestra, the transformation from historical styles to new music, a background in electro-acoustic music and poetry, and visual art, This is a work that encapsulates the richness of Anna Klein's cultivation in a variety of multimedia collaborations, including videography.
