Description:

The crisp Berlin Philharmonic brass ensemble and the Japanese narration by the scriptwriter himself (a German) are exquisite! The Musicians of Bremen" Among the fairy tales written by the Brothers Grimm, "The Musicians of Bremen" is the second most famous after "Hansel and Gretel". The musical version by Klaus Varendorff and Schandl Balogh tells this interesting story in an exceptionally funny and contemporary way: the Passion told by the five main characters (the animals) is similar to Sergei Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf," for example, with the donkey's braying being accompanied by two The dog is represented by a golden horn solo, the cat's complaint by a piccolo trumpet, and the trombone by the rooster's roar, for example. This piece was created for the Berliner Philharmoniker's Family Concerts, a part of the orchestra's educational program. The Family Concerts are an important highlight of the Berliner Philharmoniker's many series. The children's immediate reaction to the ad-lib scenes in this concert creates a special atmosphere. And there is no music better suited to this exuberant circus-house atmosphere than Shostakovich's "Suite for Stage Orchestra. Not just for children, please enjoy. Sándor Balogh is a Hungarian bass trombonist who has played with the Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Budapest Festival Orchestra, and has written many arrangements for brass. The Bremen Town Musicians" is a musical drama based on a famous children's tale, originally written by Balogh, with readings in between the eight pieces. The narration is a bit poor, but it has warmth. Shostakovich's suite is a new arrangement for brass ensemble of four pieces selected from the work formerly known as "Jazz Suite No. 2".
