Together with labelmate Hanni El Khatib, Wall Of Death delivers an album that perfectly blends vintage and modern, French and West Coast garage sounds! Wall Of Death is a psychedelic/garage trio formed in Paris in 2010 by Gabriel Matringe (vocals, guitar, sitar), Brice Borredon (keyboard, vocals) and Adam Ghoubali (drums). In 2013, they met Innovative Leisure's signature artist, Hanni El Khatib, and started to collaborate on this album after mutual sympathies.Their sound, influenced by the Velvet Underground and Pink Floyd and developed with vintage equipment, and Hanni El Khatib's infusion of 50's and 60's American rock with the modern essence of disco, hip-hop and new wave. The sound of Hanni El Khatib. This album is a perfect fusion of French and West Coast garage sounds. Nostalgic melodies, melancholic sounds, and pop modern arrangements are woven together to create a one-of-a-kind soundscape!
