Seventy-two tense hours leading up to D-Day (the day of the Normandy landings). With the fate of the free world hanging in the balance, *Pressure* depicts the ultimate decision facing General Dwight D. Eisenhower and Captain James Stagg. It was an agonizing choice: launch the largest and most dangerous amphibious invasion in history, or risk losing the war itself. Composer Volker Bertelmann commented: “Collaborating with director Anthony Maras on *Pressure* was a wonderful journey of discovery. This is the second time I’ve teamed up with him, and for this film, I sought to express the meteorologist’s scientific approach and the boldness with which he remained true to both science and his own experience. Thanks to the wonderful cast, it was easy to find the perfect moments in the film where the music could emerge as a character in its own right. I’m truly delighted to have been part of *Pressure*!” Limited-edition 140g colored vinyl.
