The album, created to bring together traditional and contemporary repertoire for string orchestra, includes an oboe concerto composed by Francesco Venellucci for Marica Lombardi in a variety of styles, from baroque music to jazz to improvisation, and an oboe concerto, Vivaldi's "Four Seasons," in which Vadim Zizik's virtuosity shines through.
