CAM SUGAR's new HERITAGE collection dedicated to the most famous soundtracks that made Italian cinema history has begun, the first of which is the soundtrack to Federico Fellini's masterpiece "Amarcordo". The film represented Italy at the 47th Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film and won . The film has been carefully restored and remastered from the original master tapes and features 15 previously unreleased tracks in a gatefold 180g weight 2LP format. Amarcord won the 1974 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film and was nominated for Best Director and Best Screenplay. Set in Rimini, where Fellini spent his boyhood, the film's sweet music by Nino Rota invites the viewer to listen to the film, which is a perfect blend of music and images that still enjoys worldwide acclaim. This edition also includes a 30x75cm illustrated poster reproducing Nino Rota's original score, specially re-released to commemorate his 110th birthday.
