Sonatas (Nos. 1-6) [PDCD 34194]" was a great success, being named a "Semi-Special Recording" by Record Arts, "Chamber Choice" by BBC Music Magazine and "Best Recording of the Year 2017" by Presto Classical in the UK, and Cicich said, "I have found a wide audience for newly discovered music found that there is a wide audience out there who are looking for it."Following the success of the first volume, the second volume, which includes the remaining six pieces (Nos. 7-12), is finally released. The intelligent and sensitive works of the great Italian-born Carbonelli, a Londoner who also built his reputation as a wine merchant, prove that he is more than just a "follower of Corelli" or a "contemporary of Vivaldi.
