Cult California singer-songwriter SCOTT SESKIND, who was selected for the excellent discovery label EFFICIENT SPACE's compilation "SKY GIRL" along with BRUCE LANGHORNE, NORA GUTHRIE and others, has released his self-produced/self-titled album in 1985. This is the first remastered official reissue of his self-produced and self-titled album, which was self-released in 1985. The album has a very dated feel (in a good way!) that makes it hard to believe that it was recorded in 1984. It has been described as "the finest 4-track bedroom folk / LONER FOLK independent recordings ever made, with an atmosphere so dated (in a good way!) that it's hard to believe it was recorded in 1984". but never feels derivative.
