Since the composition of Debussy's famous sonata, the flute, viola, harp format has inspired subsequent generations of composers to write many works.Starting with Debussy, the starting point of this album, we move through Jolivet's charming neoclassical-inspired "Petite Suite," "And I Knew It Was the Wind," which has been called one of Takemitsu's best works, and Saariaho's "New Gate," in which the noise of special techniques and rich melodicity mysteriously coexist, The works are so diverse that it is hard to believe that they are composed in the same style as Debussy's sonatas, and they are all well worth listening to.
