Formed in the late 90's by Lorenzo Giovagnoli (key/vo), ODESSA is an Italian rock band with a vintage and high quality heavy sympho sound that pays homage to the 70's and features vocals with a high level of passion under the influence of Demetrio Stratos. ODESSA is an Italian rock band.To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of their debut album "STAZIONE GETSEMANI" released in 1999 on the Mellow Records label, the current lineup has remade the album "STAZIONE GETSEMANI XXV" on the Locanda Del Vento label (Lizard) in Italy. The new album is released on the Italian label Locanda Del Vento. The album features Lorenzo Giovagnoli (g), Valerio De Angelis (b), Gianluca Milanese (fl), Giulio Vampa (g), Marco Fabbri (drs), who also participated in the original version, as well as the latest album "L'ALBA DELLA The remake features the same lineup as "CIVILTA" and was mastered/mixed by Loris Furlan, just like the original.The album features a cover of IL ROVESCIO DELLA MEDAGLIA's "Alzo un Muro Elettrico" and THE TRIP's "Caronte", and it is no exaggeration to say that it is a direct revival of Italian rock from the early 70s. The aggressive Hammond organ/synths that cut into the band sound and the guitars with a metal-derived edge strongly assert themselves, while the jazzy touch created by the precise and delicate drum playing and the lyrical beauty of the gorgeous flute are added to the heavy symphonic sound. STAZIONE GETSEMANI", which caused a sensation among Italian rock lovers at the time, is back again with even more power, reflecting the experience accumulated over the past 25 years!
