Description:
Pina Carmirelli (1914-1993) was an Italian violinist. She studied with Michelangelo Abbado at the Milan Conservatory and with Arrigo Cerrato at the Conservatory of St. Cecilia in Rome. He was also active as a soloist, performing Beethoven's complete violin sonatas with Rudolf Serkin as his partner. He was the concert mistress of the Lee Musici Ensemble from 1973 to 1986. His works are interesting, such as Shostakovich by Lee Musici's Commissars. Tobu Shoji Co.
