Beginning with Roberto Menescal and Abel Silva's collaboration "Nao pergunte demais," the album features such masters as Carlos Lira, João Donato, Marcos Valli, and Honored Bastos, as well as Joyce and Paulo Cesar Pinheiro, The 11 songs weave together collaborations with direct successors such as Christovan Bastos, as well as new creators such as Homulo Flóes and Bernardo Lobo. Eight of the songs are newly written. The arrangers are also magnificent, with equally iconic names such as Antonio Adolfo, Dori Caimi, Cristovan Bastos, Celso Fonseca, Jessi Sadoc, Adriano Souza, and Guto Vilucci composing the soundscape.
