This is wonderful. Singer Livia Nestorovsky, whose father is Arthur Nestorovsky, a composer/guitarist, music critic, and writer, and pianist Enkhki Eisenman, who transcends classical, MPB, and modern jazz genres with ease. The twin-headed work of Enkhki Eisenman, a pianist who easily transcends classical, MPB, and modern jazz genres, is released on the CIRCUS label. The selected compositions are "Sete Estrelas" (Ginga/Ardile Blanqui), "Insensatez" (Jobim/Ardile Blanqui), "Milagre dos Peixes" (Milton/Fernando Blanch), "Noite de Santo Reis" (Elomar), as well as "Zurich" and "Xote Cavavo", and it is interesting to note that several of Hermeto Pascoal's compositions are featured. The recording was made in a studio owned by Paul Winter. The combination of Livia Nestorovsky's elegant and freely expressive singing and Eisenman's lush piano, reminiscent of Andre Memari, is out of this world beautiful.
