The city chosen for this landmark first installment is Stralsund, the fourth-largest city in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. He will deliver a powerful and exhilarating performance on the massive organ at St. Mary’s Church, built between 1653 and 1659 by Friedrich Stelwar, the renowned organ builder who was active in Lübeck during the 17th century.
