Volume 22 is a collection of works by Estonian composers, showcasing the full range of talent of Neeme Järvi, a leading figure in promoting Estonian music worldwide. The oratorio *Job* by Artur Kapp, a key figure in the Estonian “national school” whom Järvi has actively promoted in the past, is a work that gained renewed recognition after Järvi revived its performance in 1997. "Blue Collage" by Peeter Vahi, who also heads the label, is—as the title suggests—a narrative collaging various fragments of Vahi’s compositional career, including references to his own past works, Estonian folk songs, and his interest in traditional Eastern music. Meanwhile, *Morbid Symphony* by Madis Järvi—a young composer from the Järvi family poised to lead the next generation—is a work that reflects the dark, morbid, and pessimistic mood that hung in the air amid the sense of stagnation during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was premiered at the 2022 concert commemorating Neeme Järvi’s 85th birthday.
