The GRAND PIANO label was established in 2012 to explore the undiscovered repertoire of piano music, and to celebrate the label's 5th anniversary in 2017, we have selected highlights from over 100 albums released to date. The three albums cover music from the 18th century, when the fortepiano was invented, to the latest music of the 21st century; from the first release in 2012, the releases have been diverse with Raff, Saint-Saens, Weinberg, and Schulhoff, but as the series progresses, the focus on instruments and the As the series progressed, it expanded its repertoire to include pieces for two pianos, as well as pieces for four hands and two pianos.
