This album once again lives up to fans’ expectations, delivering a hypnotic neo-psychedelic/space rock sound throughout—infused with a love for OZRICTENTACLES and leaning toward trance and dub techno. The fantastical tones of the flute—as if embodying the album’s more whimsical-than-ever cover art—and the dub-influenced, ethereal spatial synth loops create the band’s unique symphonic palette, while the rhythm section—delivering a groove and sense of speed unique to a live band—sharpens the ensemble’s focus, while the energetic guitar solos by TomTee (g), who is currently making waves in Belgium’s HR/HM scene, elevate the sound to new heights.
