Volume 2 of the collected orchestral works of Zygmunt Noskowski (1846–1909), a leading Polish composer and renowned teacher of the late 19th century! Around 1976, when he was appointed music director of the Bodan Choral Society in Konstanz, Noskowski was at the height of his career; his “Symphony No. 2,” composed during this period, is a little-known gem brimming with Polish Romanticism.
