SOHN, a singer/producer from London with a unique electronic sound and exquisite vocals, signed to 4AD in 2013 and is currently based in Vienna, the capital of Austria. His quiet and sometimes emotional voice is born from the hustle and bustle of London and the serenity of Vienna. 12 years ago, he released a song on SoundCloud, which was highly praised by media and blogs around the world, including Pitchfork. His sound, which transcends the boundaries of musical genres, is based on the tradition of electronic music while creating a new kind of soul music. His style of using analog equipment such as drum machines and synthesizers is reminiscent of his countrymen James Blake and Jamie Woon.
