A six-piece indie-pop band formed in 1996 in Glasgow, Scotland. This is their fourth album (their first with 4AD) and three years after the release of "Let's Get Out Of This Country" in 2006. The album was produced by Jari Haapalainen (Ed Harcourt, Peter, Bjorn & John, The Concretes) of Sweden, who knows the band very well, and the album reflects Tracián's wonderful voice and the band's overall balance, which can only be brought out by his intimate knowledge of the band. The work reflects the perfect balance between Tracyanne's wonderful voice and the band as a whole, which can only be brought out by his intimate knowledge of the band. Vocalist Tracyanne Campbell says, "People who have heard the new album have often told me that it is dark and passionate. I guess in a way that's true.Compared to the previous album, I was more open in the process of making this album, and I feel like I was able to be more courageous. I have never been so hard on myself in writing lyrics. I don't know if I would call them lyrics. It's more of a documentation of my recent life. Anyway, I believe this is our best work to date.
