This summer, RHINO RECORDS will release "SUMMER OF '69," a series of analog vinyl reissues of albums released in 1969, the year of the anniversary. The lineup includes many classic albums released around 1969 from artists who performed at Woodstock, such as the Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, CS&N, Arlo Guthrie, and many others. Jefferson Airplane, a rock group that represented psychedelic culture.Their appearance at Woodstock at the height of their popularity made them a group that embodied the hippie spirit. A live album from 1973, which includes the tour that accompanied their hard-hitting 1972 album "Long John Silver," their last studio effort under the Jefferson Airplane name, is now available in sky blue analog.
