As with her previous work, this work delves deeply into the exceptional musicality of the artist Joni Mitchell, and is a true gem of a treasure, completed by Joni's own deep involvement and meticulous research and restoration of these precious, national-treasure class sound recordings. From this collection, "JONI MICHELL ARCHIVES - VOL. 2: THE REPRISE YEARS (1968-1971)," which compiles material from 1968 to 1971, the most creative period of her career, Joni Mitchell has released three live recordings. The live concert at Carnegie Hall on February 1, 1961, just before the release of her second album "CLOUDS," which led to Joni Mitchell winning nine Grammy Awards, will be released as a stand-alone 3-CD analog set. The three 180-gram weight analog discs will contain a total of 24 songs from the first and second sets, including onstage MC, and will be highly coveted by fans.
