Supervised by Robert Smith. ■ 7" singlePsun Boots, a girl band by Norah Jones, releases its long-awaited second album featuring many original songs! Psun Boots began as a band in 2008 at live venues in Brooklyn, New York, after Norah Jones got together with a group of close friends to practice her guitar skills. It has been almost six years since the release of their debut album, No Fools, No Fun, which was praised by Rolling Stone, Paste, American Songwriter, and other media outlets in 2014, when they released a full-length album. This time around, unlike the first album, which featured many covers, the main focus is on original songs. As the word "Sister" in the title suggests, the album is filled to the brim with the good relationship between the girls, and the lyrics are a bit dark and playful. The album is full of free-spirited challenges, and the three girls are not assigned to any particular instruments, but rather play different instruments depending on the song.Recorded in Brooklyn, the girls' home base, the album was recorded by Tom Schick, a master recording artist who has worked with Norah Jones. All songs on the album were produced by the girls themselves as Psun Boots. The album also includes songs that they have sung live, and is filled with the three of them. 180g vinyl LP
