This is a complete recording of the Mass in F major composed in 1867 at the age of 50 by Juszef Michał Poniatowski, a composer, tenor, and diplomat who was a relative of Juszef Poniatowski, a nobleman of the Republic of Poland-Lithuania. Talented in the field of vocal music, Juszef Michał Poniatowski sang at the opera houses of Florence and Bologna, as well as at La Scala, and was also active in politics, being appointed Duke of Monterotondo by the Grand Duke of Tuscany Leopoldo II and twice serving as a delegate in Florence. After moving to Paris, he became a citizen and was elected to the French Senate. In London, it is said that he became friends with Napoleon III, who was in exile. The "Mass in F major" was performed throughout Poland as a project from 2016 to 2020 to honor Poniatowski's achievements as a composer. Tokyo M-Plus
