J.P.E. Hartmann Romantic Works, Volume 3! Danish composer J.P.E. Hartmann left his mark on the history of music in the early 19th century, the golden age of Danish culture, by greatly influencing the composers of Nils W. Geese's generation. In the third collection in the series of systematic recordings of his piano works by Danish pianist Thomas Tronjem (b.1954), five pieces, mainly "sonatas," will be performed. The "Piano Sonata in G minor" is a four-movement work with two Allegro movements and a movement between them titled "Mollte" and "Memories of bygone days. Piano Sonata in G major" is a three-movement work in which the "Allegro non troppo" movement is followed by a "Romance" and a "Rondo Scherzo. The "Danish Romanticism" of the short piece "In the Spring" in A major. The "Piano Sonata in F major" is also in four movements, with the third movement being a "fairy-tale-like" interlude.Piano Pieces from the Early and Newer Periods" consists of five pieces: "Allegro moderato, con passione in G minor," "Allegro energico, non vivace in G major," "Andante sostenuto in B flat major," "Allegretto moderato in D minor," "Allegro moderato e cantabile E-flat major", and "Allegro moderato e cantabile".
