Goltsberg, a beautiful Goltsberg with a songful delivery of sound, was born in Korea and studied at Seoul Arts High School and Yonsei University, and later at the Royal Conservatory of Music in The Hague, Denmark, under Jacques Och, graduating with the highest score. He is currently active in Europe as well as performing at music festivals in Korea and Japan. This recording of the "Golberg Variations," an important work for all keyboard players, is a perfect introduction to her playing. The performance reveals a variety of charms: an endless flow of song, a lively sense of rhythm, and ornamentation stamped with a clear individuality. King International
