In Selling A Vibe, that sincerity is directed toward one another. Never before in their albums have they been so forthright in expressing it.All of the band members were tormented by the feeling that they were fed up with the cycle of release, tour, release, and tour, and with the brothers living three time zones apart, they realized that they needed to revive the essence of their relationship as a family and break free from the feeling of being band members. They didn't even write a song. The summer of not writing songs and just reconnecting provided the perfect place to begin that very process, and after 20 years of making music together, they say they are grateful for the opportunity to do so.
