Albion Records, the independent label of the Vaughan Williams Society, which has been featuring unknown, buried, and unpublished works by Rafe Vaughan Williams, presents the third album commemorating the 150th anniversary of Vaughan Williams' birth, The third album, celebrating the 150th anniversary of Vaughan Williams' birth, includes world premieres by trumpet ensembles, brass bands, piano duos, chorus, organ, and more, and features rare recordings that were recorded around the same time as many of the albums that Albion Records has released over the years, but were not included on each album. This is an excellent project that unearths valuable sound sources that were recorded at the same time as many of the albums released by Albion Records over the years but were not included on each album.The program includes a self-penned piece arranged by internationally renowned organist David Briggs, an ensemble featuring the Tredegar Town Band, one of England's historic brass bands, also known as a brass band powerhouse, and the band's trumpet members, as well as the popular series of The Tredegar Town Band, one of Britain's historic brass bands, also known as a major brass band, an ensemble of trumpet members of the Tredegar Town Band, and the popular series of folk songs arranged by Vaughan Williams (Mary Bevan, Nicky Spence, Roderick Williams) will celebrate in a spectacular way the great achievement of Vaughan Williams, whose 150th birthday will be celebrated on October 12, 2022. *Parts of track 7, 10, 12, 13, and 18 will be reissued from previously released albums.
