Mount Kimbie, a firm fixture on the K indie electronic scene, releases a live CD! Mount Kimbie, who have established themselves firmly in the UK's indie electronic scene, and whose song with member Dom Maker was nominated for a Grammy Award, have released a live album of their fourth studio album "The Sunset Violent", "The Sunset Violent ? The Sunset Violent ? Live in Heidelberg" is released! This work was recorded live at the Metropolink festival in Heidelberg, Germany, and was delivered one year after the release of "The Sunset Violent". This work also includes the band's evolution as a five-piece band with three support members in addition to the two original members, Dom and Kai. It was recorded by engineer Ben Ellis, mixed by Dilip Harris, and mastered by Matt Colton. This live album is yet another example of how the band continues to expand its musical vocabulary, and how they have carved out a unique place between alternative rock and electronic music.
