Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter composed the ballet music "Mythology," which was performed at the Chatelet Theatre in Paris in 2022 and released on 4K ULTRA HD + Blu-Ray! Daft Punk is a French electronic music duo formed in Paris in 1993 by Guy-Manuel de Omeng Christo and Thomas Bangalter, Disco, rock, and synthpop combined with elements of house music to create a successful band; since 1999, Daft Punk has worn robotic helmets and gloves for most of their appearances, and have rarely given interviews or appeared on television. Member Thomas Bangalter has also composed, directed, and produced film music since 2000. French contemporary dance choreographer and ballet dancer Angoulin Preljocaj gathered 10 dancers each from the Ballet Preljocaj and the Opéra National de Bordeaux for an innovative ballet performance at the Opéra National de Bordeaux, and asked Thomas Bangalter to create an orchestral The work was commissioned and performed in July 2022. The work, "Mythology," explores contemporary rituals and the founding myths that shape our imagination. Like the Impressionists, he wants to evoke the depths of our lives through our ideals and beliefs, putting ancient myths in dialogue with modern myths.
