According to RIOPY, his new work "THRIVE" was created during the past few years when the world was in a state of anxiety and fear. He believes that it is precisely in these backlit times that we must remember what we really need. Chopin, Pachelbel, Satie, Debussy, Brahms, Beethoven, and Fauré were the inspirations for this album, he explains. This album is for anyone who, consciously or unconsciously, is driven by the need to build something, to search for new horizons. It is for those who are willing to turn their backs on those who oppress us, those who attack us, and those who command us to make no sense. This is a kind of personal battle in an age where collective consciousness is taking hold: the planet is about to be caught in a great vortex. We must change. Many people want to, and music can be a catalyst. For me, the piano helps to give impetus, and composing for strings opens up new horizons.I wanted to show that a personal path always opens up, while using themes, melodies, and some sounds from the great classical composers as inspiration. Believing that everyone has the power to turn hardship into opportunity, RIOPY says that we can overcome great challenges and achieve great results, and he hopes that this album will be a catalyst or a companion in the search for a life path.
