Description:
The reigning diva of the 80's New Wave scene and current wife of Robert Fripp, "FOUR MORE FROM TOYAH" was released in '81 on Safari Records in the UK with a sono sheet. The EP was reissued in '22 on a limited analog vinyl edition with additional tracks and neon violet color vinyl. As the name suggests, this EP is a sequel to the EP "FOUR FROM TOYAH" released in the same year, which produced the hit single 'It's A Mystery', and features a new drummer Simon Phillips, who has worked for various famous artists and groups such as TOTO and THE WHO. This is the first studio recording with a new drummer, Simon Phillips, who has worked with various famous artists and groups such as TOTO and THE WHO. Produced by Nick Tauber. The eccentric voice of Toyah and the ensemble's energetic performance on "Good Morning Universe" symbolize the new formation, and the arrangements and melodies are characterized by a pop aspect that is less avant-garde and more pop, while bringing out Toyah's personality. In addition, SIDE TWO features 'Stand Proud', which was recorded on a sono sheet at the time, 'Clapham Junction', which was recorded at the same time as this EP but was put in storage, and was finally released on the 'MAYHEM' compilation in 1985 with a drum part by Simon Phillips, and 'Go Berserk (Tour Intro)', which was used as background music for the audience during the European tour in the winter of 1981. Clapham Junction', and 'Go Berserk (Tour Intro)', produced by Steve Lillywhite and used as background music during the European tour in the winter of 1981, which is being released for the first time. The EP also includes an additional session recording of the hit single 'I Want To Be Free' at Roundhouse Studios, which was produced by Steve Lillywhite and was the last recording made by the band for this EP. This is a release that fans of the band should not miss, even if they are maniacs! The master was newly remastered by Nick Watson.
