Since releasing their debut album in 1967, this band has continued to create unique albums with original sound ideas and concepts, influencing many rock bands. Their 1973 release, The Dark Side of the Moon, became a worldwide hit, ranking on the US album charts for 741 weeks and selling over 50 million copies.
Pink Floyd, a psychedelic rock band fronted by the eccentric Syd Barrett, debuted with "Arnold Lane," which reached No. 20 on the UK charts, followed by "See Emily Play," which ranked No. 6, catapulting them to popularity. However, Barrett's drug problems began to interfere with the band's activities, leading to David Gilmour joining and the band becoming a five-piece, but Barrett eventually left the band.They then produced the album 'Mystery' (original title: A Saucerful Of Secrets) with a new lineup and embarked on an aggressive tour. This album is a compilation assembled from archives of studio live performances recorded during appearances on European television programs between 1967 and 1970, when Pink Floyd were active as a psychedelic rock band. It offers a glimpse into their early live performances.
