Biidlo is going to release its first album in 6 years, "Illumination"! With a rich musical background in rock, pop, hip-hop, techno, and dub, and a 25-year career, Biidro, led by their vocalist Aoyagi, whose favorites include Lou Reed, Led Zeppelin, Modest Mouse, King Tubby, Madlib, and CAN, has released their first album in the Corona disaster, "Illumination". This album was made by three members playing at the same time in the studio, instead of the remote production and hammering that they have been releasing. The lyrics, while allegorical in nature, are influenced by the world situation, and are about the existence of "something that just keeps on illuminating in a very dark situation. How an artist sings of hope in music with melody and lyrics is up to the artist, but the lyrical world depicted in Takashi Aoyagi's work is truly one that moves back and forth between story and reality, but still hopes for hope. Not in an altruistic sense, but in order to find the presence that "illuminates" this world from oneself. Here is the latest pop song now, which is close to all people living in the society.
