Envy Of None, who broke through with their debut album in 2022, will release their long-awaited new album "Stygian Waves" in 2025! Featuring guitarist Alex Lifeson of legendary progressive rock band Rush as one of its members, the band carries a unique blend of classic progressive rock and modern, vibrant textures in its music. In addition to the outstanding playing of Lifeson, Andy Curran (bass, keyboards, backing vocals), and Alfio Annibarini (guitar, keyboards), the songs are driven in an emotional and exciting direction by the wonderful vocals of American singer/songwriter Maia Winn. and exciting direction. The 11 songs on this album are composed from a wide variety of genres, including "Not Dead Yet," which is inspired by the Mexican holiday "Day of the Dead," the trippy, heavy ballad "Under the Stars," and the title track "Stygian Waves," which has a striking ethnic melody. The eerie "twins" that continue to appear in the artwork from the previous album also evoke a sense of narrative about the work and amplify the anticipation of the sound. This is the beginning of the next story of Envy of Nan, which continues to evolve even further while maintaining the taste of its debut album.
